A. There will be a key deposit of $100.00 and lost keys will be replaced at the rate of $10.00 per key.

B. There will be security deposit of one month's rent due at the execution of the lease.

D. There will be an ad valorem tax deposit of $500.00 due at the execution of the lease.

E. There will be an insurance deposit of $500.00 due at the execution of the lease.

F. Taxes for 2012 are estimated to be $700.00/year.

G. Utilities for 2012 are estimated to $600.00/month.

H. Custodial Services to include vacuumin, dustin trash removal and restroom cleaning are estimated to be $350.00/month.

I. Insurance for 2012 are estimated to be $1950.00/year.
